The stainless steel plates can be easily cleaned of last BBQ residues with a spatula and the TRIA is ready for another round. When the stainless steel plate is cold, it can still be cleaned with a cleaning sponge if necessary. Otherwise, further cleaning is not necessary, as a patina forms on the surface and the smallest residues evaporate during the next heating.
