Grill vegetables on the fire bowl stainless steel plate

The barbecue season is in full swing and more and more gourmets are putting zucchini, eggplant and co. on the grill alongside juicy steaks and crunchy sausages. Simply as a vegetarian alternative or as a side dish – your grilled vegetables are guaranteed to succeed on the stainless steel plancha plate!

Peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, corn on the cob, asparagus – you can put just about anything on the stainless steel plancha plate. Just keep in mind that each variety has a different cooking time. As a rule of thumb, the harder the vegetables are in their raw state and the thicker you cut them, the longer they will take.

Grilled vegetables are becoming more and more popular. It’s healthy, inexpensive and many vegetables can be conveniently harvested from your own garden. In addition, most vegetables are available regionally and, when prepared properly, offer a wonderful alternative to meat and sausage products for the backyard grill.

We are not vegetarians ourselves and don’t want to convert anyone with these inspirations – but we have come to appreciate and love vegetarian options. Only when you consciously deal with the subject, you realize the variety of vegetarian options that nature offers us at any time of the year.
